I hope that plain civility will win out in the end, but somehow it never seems to work that way. In this case, the well-known reviewer asked the author questions in private which the author then took public and attempted to create huge drama on the same day her book just happened to be released. Color me cynical.<br /><br />I'm going to go eat some chocolate and pet a puppy or something.
